How do orders work in ABC Gang?
We work with print-on-demand , which means we produce each item especially for you when you make your purchase. This way we avoid waste and guarantee freshly made products.
Where are the items produced?
Our products are manufactured at Printful 's print centers, the logistics partner that collaborates with our store. Your order will be shipped from the nearest available center based on your address.
What products do you sell directly in the store?
We sell:
- Educational clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, etc.)
- Special gifts (cushions, mugs, etc.)
The ABC Gang books are sold exclusively through Amazon .
🚚 SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated timeframes are:
- Spain: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
These times do not include production (2–5 days) and may vary due to high demand or incidents beyond our control.
How much does shipping cost?
- Educational clothing and gifts: Free shipping (included in the price).
- Books: Shipping is handled by Amazon according to their own terms.
Are there any countries or regions with additional costs?
Yes. Some international destinations have high logistics fees.
In these cases, you will see the extra amount before finalizing the purchase , so you can decide whether you wish to continue.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can see its location at any time.
🔄 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I return or exchange a product?
Since each item is made to order especially for you, we only accept returns if the product arrives damaged , defective , or with a production error .
What should I do if my order arrives defective?
Write to us at hola@lapandillaabc.com within a maximum period of 14 days , attaching:
- Order number
- Photos of the defect
- Brief description of the problem
We will resolve it as soon as possible.
Can I exchange a size?
If the item has no defects, we cannot offer exchanges, as it is produced specifically for each customer.
To avoid mistakes, we recommend checking the size guide included in each product description.
